We brought our 2010 Suzuki SX4 to Carlos at Protech Transmission suspecting transmission and/or transfer case problems. Carlos quickly diagnosed the problem and found the transmission badly damaged and in need of rebuilding. He was happy to show us the damage he found and explain the work needed to get our car back on the road.<br><br>Despite a long wait for the needed parts, we were very happy with the end result and would highly recommend Carlos and Protech Transmission.
Shady business, paid $4000 for a new transmission 3 years ago, it failed and this guy won’t even take a look at it anymore. Ignoring my calls. Stay away.
