They were extremely helpful, asked for a drink after a long drive and they were happy to hand me one. (p.s their washroom was pretty darn clean for a mechanic shop)

Came in with a transmission problem and they handled it really well. No runaround, just straight answers and quality work. Turnaround time was quick and the car feels great now. You can tell they care about doing things right.

Had my CVT drained and filled here, work took from 9:30-2. Very professional, nice & courteous.

I did notice when I tested my transmission fluid levels that they are way way way below what it should be. For having this service done less than a week ago, it should be at the hot level on the dip stick. It is at low. So low that it could cause issues if I didn’t check it, thinking it’s full after this service (which it should be, I paid for a drain and fill).

I triple tested to make sure it was correct using correct procedures (engine running, level ground).

Other than that I was quite pleased with the service.

Disappointing experience due to poor communication and coordination.

Last Thursday, after discussing the issues found on my vehicle, I decided not to proceed with the repairs due to the quoted costs and concerns regarding the Lubrico warranty. I informed the shop that I would be taking the vehicle to a mechanic I already know and trust, and I agreed to pay the $250 inspection fee. During the same phone call, I was given two pickup options: after 2:00 PM on Friday or after 8:00 AM on Monday. Since I needed a morning pickup, I chose Monday.

When I arrived at approximately 8:30 AM on Monday, I was told that they knew nothing about the arrangement and that I would need to return at 2:00 PM. No apology was offered. Instead, the reception repeatedly insisted that the issue was caused by my failure to inform them, despite the fact that both the pickup time and payment instructions had been clearly discussed during the previous phone call. Obviously, I did not have a vehicle to get home and had already spent a considerable amount of time on public transit to get there. I was left wondering whether I should travel all the way home again or how I was supposed to spend the next 5.5 hours.
When I went back inside to ask whether there was somewhere I could sit, I was suddenly told that the vehicle would actually be ready in about 30 minutes. It is difficult to understand why I was initially told to come back at 2:00 PM if the vehicle was going to be available shortly afterward. And FORTUNATELY, I had not already started another lengthy transit trip home or paid for an Uber based on the earlier information.
Although I was ultimately able to pick up the vehicle, the entire situation created unnecessary confusion and inconvenience and could have been avoided with basic internal communication.

I also raised concerns about a possible alternator issue before the inspection and brought it up again during the follow-up phone call. I was told that there did not appear to be any problem. I also noticed that this concern did not appear to be recorded under the "Customer Request" section of the work order.
However, after taking the vehicle to another mechanic, the alternator issue was identified, and the noise was obvious. This left me questioning the accuracy of the assessment I received.
