GTA Transmission Repair Corp.

Honest peoples best services

Excellent service and total transparency!
I brought my 2018 Ford Focus to GTA Transmission for a repair, and the experience was flawless. The car feels amazing and the transmission is running beautifully.
The best part was the mechanic's customer service. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to discuss the issue with me in detail. Unlike other shops where they just tell you "let us do our job" or brush you off if you know a bit about cars, he actually listened to my input and explained the technical fault clearly. It’s a pleasure to deal with professionals who respect the customer and truly know their stuff. An honest and trustworthy shop—100% recommended!

I had my 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan serviced at GTA Transmission Repair for a transmission fluid and filter change according to the manufacturer's maintenance schedule, and I was very impressed with the experience.

Derrick was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Before performing the service, he test drove the vehicle, scanned the transmission for codes, and explained exactly what the service would include. During the work, he even showed me the transmission pan and magnet so I could see the condition for myself. I appreciated that he was transparent about everything he found and did not try to sell me repairs I didn't need.

The transmission service included replacing the internal filter and refilling with the correct ATF+4 fluid. The vehicle drives great, and I left feeling confident that the work was done properly.

I also want to thank Sue at the front desk. She was welcoming, friendly, professional, and made the entire experience very comfortable from start to finish. Customer service like that is rare and genuinely appreciated.

Finding an honest transmission shop can be difficult, but this team earned my trust. I would not hesitate to return for future transmission service and would gladly recommend GTA Transmission Repair to friends.

Thank you, Derrick, Sue, and the entire team.

Sincerely,

Igor

My experience with GTA Transmission was exceptional! I took my car there after breaking down on the 401 and, after doing some quick research, saw all of their great reviews. The high rating is completely warranted!
From the first call about bringing my car there to having my transmission rebuilt, the process was so smooth!
Sue, the lady in the front office, was delightful-- friendly, kind, and just lovely! Derrick, the mechanic, was likewise friendly, helpful, and very transparent about the process!
The quote, too, was extraordinarily detailed.
Even though I live 2 1/2 hours away, I'll take my car back there next time my transmission needs service!
