I was very pleased with the report and advice given and went ahead to purchase the car based on their approval.”

“Absolutely incredible experience. Last week I bought an as-is car from a major dealership in Milton that said 30 times over there would be max $600 worth of work needed to get a safety done. So with that in mind, I purchase the car, drive it over to MAE for a safety and lo and behold the car doesn’t even get close to passing and needs over $5000 of work. Hussien calls me, asks me how much I bought the car for, tells me the condition and needed repairs and helps walk me through conversations with the dealership all day long to help me get my money back. Though Hussien could have lied and told me it was in great shape and worth the repairs to make a quick buck, he was honest, helpful, and cared far more about me being in a reliable car than making a sale. The dealership ended up taking my car back with significant help from Hussien who was willing to send videos and pictures and even talk to the manager at the dealership himself. Hussien spent half the day on the phone with me walking me through things to say and point out when talking to the dealer all while knowing this would technically lose him a great sale. On top of all the help basically talking me out of getting the repairs done, IF I were to get it done he was offerings major discounts and help doing it as fast as possible to get me back on the road which again was completely unnecessary as I’ve never been a customer here before.

Because Hussien chose honesty, integrity, and kindness, they have earned my business working on our cars moving forward.

What an incredible experience I had here this week. In an industry that is known for people being taken advantage of and unnecessary repairs being shoved on people Hussien and the Milton auto electric team stand out.
