Recently visited for summer tires change, very nice waiting area and they do service really quick.

I wanted to have an outside assessment of a car prior to purchase. Master Mechanic has always been honest and straightforward in any dealings I have had regarding repairs and / or advice. I was very pleased with the report and advice given and went ahead to purchase the car based on their approval.

I called maybe 20 or so places for an AC repair on an EV and no one was able to do it (even SHIFT EV). Initially, Master Mechanic said they weren’t able to do it but after reaching out again they gave it a go and I’m happy to report the AC works now. Mike was an excellent mechanic and explained everything in detail. He was very kind and patient in all my interactions with him and provided amazing customer service. They could have easily gouged me but instead charged a very fair market rate. Thanks Mike for the amazing experience!

They have a coffee station and cold water bottles in their waiting area as well.
