Giving it one star only because I have to in order to post this review. Very disappointed in this establishment. By far the worst customer service I have ever received with a business. Dropped my truck off in the morning to get new tires installed, received a message in the afternoon saying my truck was ready to go. I go in pay my bill and I'm on my way. As I approach my truck I immediately notice a big scratch in the drivers door right by the door handle. I head back inside to find the owner, he comes out to have a look then brings out his mechanic. They both deny having caused the huge scratch and then the owner tells me that is why I have insurance. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if my vehicle gets damaged while in your possession you are 100% responsible, and that's why you as the business owner have insurance. He had the chance to make this right and then last minute told me he would not pay for this. If you take your vehicle here, make sure you take pictures of it before leaving it in their hands. Pathetic business.<br><br>Not sure you understand the responsibility you have as a business owner, when a customers vehicle is damaged in your possession, you are at fault and that is why you have insurance. I left my vehicle in your possession and it ended up with a huge scratch on the door. As far as your "Disclaimer," we both know it means nothing since legally you need my signature to acknowledge its there in the first place which you did not get from me because it was not mentioned. I got 3 quotes for the repair; first was $1250 from the shop you guys suggested that you have used in the past to fix customers cars, the other 2 shops were both $680. My entire door has to be painted. Not sure where the $1400 came from? I'm going to need your insurance information so we can get this fixed.

My vehicle is approaching its mid life crisis; Ron is always able to work within my budget and get my car back into safe shape until I can bring it again. Really glad to find a good mechanic that is honest, and telling me I don't need certain things recommended by other shops. Helpful with courtesy rides. Friendly staff.

Reliable, honest, fair, knowledgeable, straight forward, friendly, service and experience. This is exactly the kind of shop I was hoping to find after moving here. My vehicle is a regular customer, so I am glad to have found a good mechanic so soon!

Highly recommend Ron and his staff, very friendly and professional. Had multiple other places unable to fix or even look at my issue. Stopped by and chatted with Ron and he said he'd check it out no problem and was able to fix it. Vehicle has been running great since. I will definitely be coming here from now on for all vehicle needs going forward
