I had an outstanding experience at this Collision Centre from start to finish. I came in to have my front bumper replaced, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free.<br><br>The reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made everything easy and kept me informed throughout the process. The technicians and mechanics were equally professional, and the quality of their work was excellent. My bumper was replaced perfectly, and my car looked as good as new.<br><br>What truly impressed me, though, was their exceptional customer service. I had only mentioned that my driver’s side door wouldn’t open from the inside, simply so they would know if they needed to move the car. I never asked them to repair it. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had fixed the door as well—without me even asking.<br><br>That level of care, honesty, and attention to detail is rare these days. It’s clear that this team genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in going above and beyond.<br><br>I highly recommend this Collision Centre to anyone looking for high-quality repairs and outstanding customer service. Great service, especially from the office, but did not put my canopy back on correctly. Wires were just hanging there and not tied in nearly as was done by the original canopy installer.

This company is the worst, their repairs are terrible and they do not respond to email directed at their service mailbox. 0/5 star

Professional Service from start to finish.

My son was side swiped on the highway when he was 17 and we got the run around from a few different places before a friend of ours pointed us in Trojan’s direction and I will never go anywhere else again. Scott was the tech that helped my son and he was so good to him that I will never go anywhere else. Thank you for the excellent customer service and quality work.
