I’ve had a great experience with Parkway Diesel. It’s rare to find a shop that is this transparent and trustworthy. They are reliable, reasonably priced, and they really take the time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle.

The best diesel repair shop on Vancouver Island! One and done shop, simply the best.

We have a 2012 Hino that had been plagued with ongoing issues including black smoke, repeated DPF issues, and an underboost problem. After spending over a month at the Hino dealership in Victoria, along with visits to several shops around Nanaimo and thousands of dollars in repairs, we still had no answers.

We were referred to Parkway, and from the moment they took our truck in, we knew it was in the right hands. They knew immediately what was wrong and within just a few days, they diagnosed everything and fixed every issue. Our truck is now running better than it has in a very long time.

The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding, and their knowledge, professionalism, and expertise were second to none. It’s rare to find a shop that genuinely cares about solving the problem instead of just replacing parts.

We can’t recommend Parkway highly enough. If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and reliable diesel repair shop, this is the place to go!

Super experienced staff, very professional work and great customer service . The work was completed efficiently with honesty.

I had a few misunderstandings in the past, but fortunately, these guys were able to resolve the issues for me. Now, I'm just waiting for the inspection to be completed so I can hand over the truck to its new owner.
