Credit where it is due. Paris got me in same day on an emergency basis. Melanie at the Van Centre checked me in smoothly and communicated brilliantly. Total professionals. Van was completed in what I thought was an exceptionally efficient span. You'd have to be a monster to find anything wrong with this visit. Superb.

I have a major repair in my AWD sprinter van i was concerned and worried as i was not expecting this to happen and also have owned and bought 2 other Sprinter's before they all have problems but always the Mercedes team takes care of their customers and like any other vehicle there are problems that arise from time to time but this was more distressing but after chatting with the service manager they assured me they find what is wrong with so far now they done various tests and narrowed it down to particles in the diesel fuel tank and ordered a new fuel pump from Germany which will take up to a month and lent me a loaner I'm thankful that it be resolved and also on my part when i purchased this van new i purchased extended warranty otherwise the the cost would be exurbanite I thank again the the service manager and administration staff for be through and giving me assurance Thanks again

We needed a spare part for our Sprinter camper and had to wait for it to arrive the next day. They were very friendly, they had let us stay over night on their premises and helped us out with a coolant top-up. Highly recommended, thanks again!!

Hi from Saint-Hippolyte, Quebec.<br>I am just back from a 3-month cross-Canada trip with my old 2005 Sprinter camper. I have added my share of mechanic issues and bad diagnoses during that trip. The engine lights keep coming on even after many costly trips to some Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Alberta. It's in Nanaimo that I found the pearl of service and mechanics. They are so honest and efficient, true professionals; they truly live up to the legendary Mercedes-Benz brand. My only regret is that they are not in business in my area in Quebec.<br>I would recomand with out any reserve the excellent Van service department of Mercedes-Benz of Nanaimo.
