Phoned to get pricing for parts I thought I needed. Talked to the owner who took his time to listen to me describing a starting issue I had with a 6.9 IDI and he clearly knew what I was talking about. Instead of selling me expensive parts he gave me advise based on his experience of a simple fix I can do myself without any parts. He was right, I followed his advise and now the truck fires up immediately. Thanks for the help. Very much appreciated.
After having been ripped off by a different local shop I found myself in a jam. Malcom made immediate time for me and took my truck in for a diagnosis. It didn't take long to determine the problem and find a solution. A no bs shop that won't try to sell you needless parts, extremely knowledgeable and awesome to work with!
