“True-Centre is now my go-to garage. They work well with my warranty and do a lot of the heavy lifting concerning insurance and coverage of work. I also really appreciate the diagnostic report being emailed to me, so I have a clear picture of what is going to need work and what should be prioritized.

I love that they loan a car out to you if you need work on your vehicle but need transportation; this has been a life saver for me as I drive to Temiscaming and back everyday. The mechanics also have no issue explaining things if needed and a HUGE shout-out to Kalee as she's been a huge help in figuring stuff out for my car with scheduling and warranty coverage. The waiting room also offers complimentary beverages; hot or cold. Their prices are a little higher than average garages in the area, but factoring in how smoothly things go with servicing, I don't mind paying a little bit more. They are a business, after all, and have to pay their employees.

Kind of a sketchy location, but the guys are great and the prices are good too, I would definitely go back there if I broke down in north bay again haha”
