Great team of people. Friendly. Helpful. Fair. I'm not even a Big Truck customer, however I had an issue with my 4pin trailer connection on my snowmobile trailer, and randomly called them for some help when I got in to North Bay. They squeezed me in, ordered the part, and had me back on the road in under an hour. Very fair price. Couldn't be happier with the Service I received.
