Wow, 10 out of 5 if possible, great experience all around!!!!!
Wow. We are from out of town (NWT) and needed a Safety done during one of the busiest times of year - Josh got us in and sent us on our way! Recommend 100%
I highly recommend Trout Lake Auto because their honest and transparent approach to their business is admirable.
After another local mechanic drained my transmission fluid during a routine oil change and failed to tell me, my vehicle began malfunctioning and left me completely in the dark about what was wrong.
Josh at Trout Lake Auto took my call seriously and got me in immediately. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and provided outstanding support to help get my car drivable again so I could safely make the trip back home to the United States.
Their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help during a stressful situation truly stood out. If you’re looking for a trustworthy shop that genuinely cares about its customers, Trout Lake Auto is the place to go.
I cannot recommend Trout Lake Auto highly enough!
While passing through North Bay on a road trip from Edmonton to Ottawa, my vehicle started making a concerning clunking noise. Worried that it wouldn’t make the remainder of the trip safely, I called numerous automotive shops looking for emergency assistance. Most were unable to help on short notice, but Trout Lake Auto went above and beyond.
Not only did they fit my vehicle into their schedule the very same day, but they also performed a thorough inspection and took the time to ensure the vehicle was safe to continue the journey. What truly amazed me was that after all of their time and effort, they refused to accept any payment…even after I insisted.
The level of honesty, professionalism, and customer service I experienced was exceptional. They took care of me when I was stressed, far from home, and unsure what to do next. It’s rare to find a business that genuinely puts people ahead of profit, but that’s exactly what Trout Lake Auto did.
Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and outstanding service. If you’re looking for an automotive shop you can trust, this is the place to go! Hope your team enjoyed the coffee and donuts.
I highly recommend Trout Lake Auto. Yesterday I had a problem with my car and they were very busy and still found a way to get me in to check out my suv and fix it and got me back on the road. Thank you guys very much 😊
