“I am happy with the final look of my car—the repair looks flawless and it was returned beautifully clean. However, the customer service experience could have been much better. The car had to stay longer than expected because the first paint job had some dimples. Communication was also difficult, as I could only get ahold of my contact via email.

Most disappointing was discovering that my sunroof visor cover had been broken during the process. The shop did not advise me of this initially, and I only found out upon inspecting the car at the first pickup. While I was later told it happened due to the heat from the curing process, no remedy was offered. I really wish they had been transparent about the damage immediately, and had warned me of these risks beforehand so I could have prepared the vehicle.

Overall, the car came back repaired and looking great, but communication could have been much better—especially when it comes to being upfront about damage that occurred during the process.”
