Absolute professionals. Have used them for collision repair several times. Always shocked by their ability to restore our vehicle to a like-new condition, even after having the back end completely caved in by an impaired driver. I’ve only ever had to return for a minor deficiency one time (that I myself didn’t even notice until 3 years after the repair). They took absolute ownership over it and quickly scheduled an appointment to have it corrected. Staff are friendly, personable and offer an uncommon level of customer service. Could not recommend more highly.
I know where I will be taking my car if it ever needs body work, and that is to Complete Auto Body and Collision in Oakville. I had a slight mishap with my brand new car, and the bottom part of the front bumper on the left side was pulled away from the body. The body shop manager, Vito Manchisi, kindly fixed it on the spot. To my surprise, he did not charge me for the work, and wouldn’t let me tip him. His kindness was greatly appreciated, and I am certainly very happy to highly recommend this business.

These guys were so nice. I dropped by without an appointment and they took the time to come outside and look at my car and discuss options. They were also very honest about their assessment of the damage. They went over what I should fix and what was optional. I highly recommend this place!
They are punctual and professional and on time.
They make every step easy and they inform you along the way with every single step and detail. The work was done in a very professional way.
The car looks like new.
Thank you so much for all your team.
I'm the type of guy who demands quality and I'm willing to pay for it. I've dealt with Vito twice and will deal with him again, without hesitation.
I notice a few negative reviews here, and I have to suspect that either these people are trolls or they're confused about which shop they visited, (there are several body shops in this stretch of Speers Road) as I just can't rationalize what they are saying vs. my personal experience.
The first time was an insurance claim on my wife's car and everything went very smoothly, the quality was fantastic. The second time was a self-pay for rust repair and refinishing on my car, and am very happy with the results so far.
If you're paying for a repair yourself and you want to cheap out, you will find cheaper shops. But, I will guarantee that you will be compromising on the quality. My vehicle had previous rust repair from a cheapo place, you could see the sanding marks and tape lines and the rust came back in less than a year. I had Vito and his team re-do the work and although the cost was higher I am so very happy with the quality of the work and will never cheap out again. They showed me exactly where the problems were, and I was kept well informed throughout the process.
Updated June 2026, another great job, this time a full vehicle paint job on my MR2!
