Highly recommend! Had my car serviced yesterday due to brakes and can’t thank Boss auto service enough. Moody was very knowledgeable and safely got my car back on the road in no time. Naomi was so kind and welcoming at the desk - Both her and Moody really made a stressful situation much more manageable. The light at the end of the tunnel was the smooth ride home at a very good price in today’s market; no complaints. I didn’t hide the fact that I am unfortunately the female stereotype who knows nothing about cars and really appreciated that they took extra time to explain things to me and did not take advantage of that fact whatsoever. Very honest and sweet people. Another gentlemen (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name at the desk) even reminded me to watch my step on the way out which I really appreciated as I have health issues that affect my balance and those little kind gestures make a big difference. For any future auto repairs I know exactly where to go from now on. Thanks again to the whole team - Hope they each get some recognition for their great work and amazing customer service.

I was referred here and I’m so glad I was. I have mostly just worked with Moody, but he's been so honest, reliable, and genuinely helpful. He’s gone out of his way for me more than once, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend!

I had a really bad experience at another shop on Bond St W in Oshawa, and I came to Boss Auto feeling frustrated and unsure. From the moment I walked in, Moody took the time to listen and made me feel like I was finally being taken seriously.

He was honest, straightforward, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Moody quickly figured out the issue that the other shop either missed or didn’t fix properly, and got my car running the way it should. The work was done efficiently, and the pricing was fair for the quality of service.

It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but Moody at Boss Auto definitely earned mine. If you’ve had a bad experience somewhere else, I’d strongly recommend giving them a chance—they really helped turn things around for me.
