The mechanics here are very clear about what's wrong with the car and what needs to be done. I like the honesty with which they communicate with me here (I know a little about cars). No one tries to push you into unnecessary repairs and unnecessary expenses. Big respect to all the mechanics at Precision Autoworks and personally to Alex.

Alex and his team were recommended to me when I moved to the area and had issues with my truck. Both times I've had to take my truck there they were able to get the work done quickly and done well. Alex is honest when it comes to explanation of parts and work required and communicates that clearly. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area who needs to have work done on their vehicle.

Alex helped me get safetied last year and explained the code when I was confused. He also made sure my car did not get a ticket when dropped off by the tow truck, and towed it the rest of the way into the shop from the outer lot free of charge. The shop is very communicative and cooperative and ensures clients are informed along the way as more is learned about the vehicle and costs of the job.

August 28, 2025. We came back to Precision Autoworks, yes, we are now repeat customers of Alex and his auto repair shop. because they did such a great job for us the first time. This time they were working on a 2010 VOLVO. Which needed some TLC.

We came back for their great dependability, service and price. They get the repairs done right, and their quality and the price can't be beat. But the most important thing really is Precision Autowork's honesty. Thank you Alex for the great work you and your team do. We will be back again and again. You've earned our trust and patronage.

Precision Autoworks really helped us out of a jam and got our wheels back on the road quickly and at a good price, Alex, the owner of Precision Autoworks gave us great service and was very honest to deal with.

We had our 2015 Honda Fit towed to Precision Autoworks from a Honda Dealer that were taking forever to finish a job they started on a blown engine and charging us through the roof. We had to take the vehicle away from the Honda Dealer with parts missing and the job unfinised because they were price gouging. Precision Autoworks were able to finish the engine repair that the Honda dealer couldn't do and Precision Autoworks also charged way less than the Honda Dealer was going to charge us. Thank you Precision Autoworks for doing great work at a great price!

Outstanding customer service. The mechanics here really take their time to diagnose your vehicle and thoroughly explain any symptoms and what can be done to fix it.
Repairs are done at a very high quality and with honesty. I would highly recommend this place for any services that you need and be in high confidence that your vehicle will be taken care of.
