Excellent service and aftercare! Had them replace the torque converter/rebuild the transmission of my 2016 GMC Sierra 2500, they did a phenomenal job. After 4 months, it developed a minor leak and they took care of it immediately without hesitation, free of charge. These guys are very reasonable and better than any of your big name transmission companies (in my opinion 😊), and just off my experience, I will always refer anyone/return with any future business! It's awesome to come across local business gems like these guys! Keep up the awesome work!

Fantastic service, well priced and very friendly. they worked over the weekend to replace my transmission and are going to let me know what went wrong with the transmission in my van. I have one vehicle and i was i am sure annoying in trying to get follow ups but he was great in explaining what was going on.

My transmission suddenly died in my Ford Ranger and unfortunately it needed serious repair. The guys at Bassi had it rebuilt and were even kind enough to pass me on some savings when replacing the transmission lines. They are quite busy, but they still took it in and fixed it fairly quickly all things considered. I believe they had it back to me in just over 10 business days.

The truck had been rebuilt a number of years back by a larger chain transmission shop (and repaired again a year later), and the guys had pointed out there were some evidence of shortcuts that may have resulted in the transmission breaking prematurely. I am more confident that it should last longer this time, and comparatively they were cheaper than the chain shop too.

Speaking from experience, there warrantee is also just as good as the big name shop.
