Rajeev helped us out today. The car battery died in a parking lot. He came and gave us a boost so we could get to our next appointment. After the appointment, we went to his shop and he fixed the battery problem quickly and Efficiently. In about 20 minutes, we had a new battery installed and we’re on our way. The price was competitive. The work well done.

I had my transmission replaced here, and before it even reached 5,000 km it developed a leak.

I contacted the shop, and we agreed on a time for me to bring the truck in. Before my appointment, I called to ask what transmission fluid I should use to top it up because of the leak. They couldn’t tell me what fluid was in the transmission, then cancelled my appointment and said they’d call me back to reschedule.

Since then, I’ve called two more times. Each time I was told they were too busy and that someone would call me back. It’s now been over a month, and I’ve never received a call.

I understand shops get busy, but after spending good money on a transmission, I expected better warranty support and communication. A transmission leaking in under 5,000 km is disappointing enough, but the lack of follow-up has been even more frustrating.
