The wordy response I think says a lot ie. “Sorry Not Sorry”... I’m sure the shop does great work and it’s true, I only got a quote. However, after getting a second opinion I found out that the information that I was given wasn’t entirely correct and I got the work completed at a lower cost somewhere else. These review sites are meant primarily for consumers to share their experience. The staff were friendly and they recommended I get a second opinion and I’m glad I did.

Great service from diagnosis to repair!

I needed a vehicle safety inspection and Port Moody Auto and Air were able to expedite the inspection and replacement tires for me. Kasra and Daniella and the whole team were very professional, thorough and kind. I would highly recommend this shop.

I needed the A/C refrigerant removed before doing a repair, so I called expecting to make an appointment. They told me to just drop by. The parking lot was packed when I arrived, but I was only there for 30 minutes — incredible service.<br><br>I’ve been recommending this shop for years. I bought a radiator from them about 20 years ago when they were in Port Moody, and they also resealed a vintage radiator for my dad over 30 years ago that’s still working today.<br><br>They’re busy for a reason: fair pricing, quality work, and they get you through quickly. Highly recommended.
