They have very competent auto mechanics that know their trade well
I’ve found this shop to be fair, honest and capable. This is very reassuring in a time when auto dealers charge very high rates for the simplest things. Thank you to Pitt River Auto for excellent service in a time that service is so hard to find.
Mike and the team at Pitt River Auto were a pleasure to deal with throughout their recent work on my Toyota Land Cruiser. Communication was clear and consistent, and Mike was able to accomodate a tight deadline even as the scope of work needed grew. An honest, reasonable, and competent shop that I would use them again in a heartbeat.
