Mister Transmission

Did a proper job with the truck.

Went 4K over warranty and they won't honor it anymore. Transmission didn't last past 44k. $7,300 and now they want another $5,000.

Only provide you with 40K warranty on their transmission. I got my Dodge done here. Paid $5,500. Go elsewhere .

I had a very disappointing experience with Mister Transmission Richmond Hill.
I paid twice (over $1,800 total) to fix a loud chirping noise, and the issue was never resolved. Both times, I was told the problem was fixed and that the vehicle had been test-driven, but the noise was still present within minutes of leaving.
To clarify, there was only ever one consistent noise, not multiple issues as was later suggested. Also, only two technicians ever worked on or inspected my vehicle, not three as claimed afterward.
I was also charged for work that I do not believe was completed, and I still have not received a full receipt for all services performed. I have clear video and audio evidence showing the issue remains unchanged.
Due to the repeated poor service, inconsistent information, and lack of resolution, I have consistently declined to return, and have clearly asked for a refund.
Based on my experience, I recommend that others ask detailed questions, request documentation, and verify repairs before leaving.
