Hatfield Auto Glass

We took our car to Hatfield’s Auto thinking we would save a few dollars on a windshield replacement. Big mistake. It leaked within days and the water messed up the car computer system requiring our car to be towed to the dealership for a week while they figured out what was wrong. This was a major inconvenience for us -two trips to the dealership, taxis, bus rides, walks in the cold, tow truck. Although they reinstalled the windshield to fix the leak and paid the $460 to the dealer, this didn’t come close to making up for the inconvenience and stress.

Had a great experience with Hatfield Auto Glass this week! Fast service, and wonderful customer service as well! They communicated very well and I would totally go back if I ever need my windshield replaced again! Totally recommend them.

Whenever I need glass replaced, these guys are right on the ball. Fast professional service and kathy always gets me in a s a p. Not only are they excellent in their work.
But they are very easy to talk to about anything.

Love these folks! Great Corolla fender replacement work at a great price (multiples lower than quote from insurance claim bandits). Karhy and Jeff both delightful to deal with. Could not have been a better experience.
