First time visiting this place and i had a great experience with getting a vehicle inspected same day i called. Service was quick and professional.

The man who runs this shop and his colleague have such big hearts. They are honest, good hearted mechanics who work with diligent care. They easily could have made $500 off me and I would never have known any better. Instead the owner told me how to make a warranty claim on a defective part. He did this after spending at least 45 minutes diagnosing an issue. His colleague also stayed late on a Saturday to help me diagnose the issue beforehand. I was so thankful but they only felt they were doing their job.

I tell everyone I know with car trouble the story of what happened.

Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for honest and genuine services.

Even though today’s appointment wasn’t meant for a diagnostic and you were extremely busy, you still took the time to check my car. You not only diagnosed the issue, but you also explained everything to me clearly and in simple terms. I’m very grateful for that level of care and patience.

What touched me even more was your kindness in not charging me for the diagnostic (normally $84+ CAD) just to make sure I left happy after our previous miscommunication. I genuinely wanted to pay at least half, but you insisted it was alright. That gesture meant a lot.

I did notice a bit of upset on your face, and if our last misunderstanding caused you any stress, I am truly sorry. Please accept my apology, my friend. You have always shown great customer service ethics, and I respect that.
