“My son bought a 2019 ram back a few years ago .. on no fault of twin motors it had paint problems from the factory.. first time Chrysler covered it no problem .. it happened again and as I said it was a factory defect with painting at factory .. Chrysler said truck was to old even though they know of the issue with many vehicles .. thanks to Luke , Davide , and Brett they got some help for my son .. unfortunately me being me I had argued and said things in a manner that wasn’t needed .. they still were professional enough to help .. so for that I say thank you for helping my son since it’s his first truck and he loves it ..”
