Worst dealership in Manitoba you’re better off paying for a trip to Winnipeg then dealing with these guys

Really hate to do this to a business I’ve dealt with for a long time. But good grief.<br><br>Walked into Nickel City Motors ready to buy a STIHL KM 131 powerhead. Should have been the easiest sale of the day.<br><br>First guy I saw snapped at me for saying hello because he was apparently on the phone, even though he was silent and I had no idea. I apologized and moved on.<br><br>Parts confirmed they had powerheads. Sales then brings one out and tells me it’s a brand-new 2026 unit. I asked again. Same answer. I checked it myself and it was manufactured in 2024.<br><br>No big deal, it’s old stock, so I asked if we could make a deal. Just didn’t want to pay PDI for a powerhead. Guy instantly got annoyed and told me full price or leave it. So I left it.<br><br>They made buying local feel like a punishment. I’ll take my money down south and online elsewhere.

Recently had to do some urgent repairs to my Xero turn mower, Parts came in within a reasonable time and once they arrived because I had my unit dropped off there already, Their service department was able to get it in and repaired within a few days.<br><br>This is the 2nd time in the last month where Mike and his team behind the counter have gone above and beyond to help me when my equipment is down. Very Much appreciated .<br><br>and of course thank you to Ryan for being on top of everything parts wise.
