I worked with John to buy my new car and honestly it was a great experience from beginning to end! He was so attentive to what I was looking for and so helpful in ensuring I understood everything in the process. He went above and beyond and is so unbelievably personable, I couldn't have enjoyed my experience more!:))) Lovely guy and I LOVE MY NEW CAR !!!!!!
Had my Mach E serviced at this location. Jose was my contact and he did a great job. Was able to drop my car off the day before, no issues. Overall, great experience, highly recommend.
Rahul and his team at Downtown ford got me a great deal and had pleasant experience over documentation to delivery of the car
