“Hello, I am Denis Prowell. I had the super opportunity yesterday to have met Mr. Marty Ofonagoro of New Nation Auto Repair, via the internet, and regarding the examination of my 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer Rally Sport OZ. My problem of which - an annoying groaning sound on my left front wheel brake system area , mostly when braking. This is after another auto repair service had just done some work in replacing my front shocks. I was told afterwards by the other Auto Service that replaced my shocks that, I also further needed to replace my front Calipers and Rotors complete. I immediately explained to that other auto service, that my Rotors and Callipers were just fine, since I recently replaced them 2 years ago. My first instinct was to immediately search for another opinion due to the other Auto Service diagnosis was so Ridiculous and Ludicrous! Hence my search via the internet, leading me to Mr. Marty Ofonagoro of New Nation Auto Repair.<br>After calling New nation by phone, I immediately drove to New Nation Auto Service and meeting Mr Marty Ofonagoro. I explained in detail the issue to Marty. On my first impression when meeting Marty, I observed his articulate and professional manner and of which he importantly listened, and then described his approach to helping and to resolve the issue. He then first took the car for a test drive, and when back he agreed and acknowledged, I was correct about the groaning sound on the left front braking area. He then asked me politely to wait in his very air conditioned, comfortable and clean office waiting area.<br>Within 15 minutes approx, and to my very pleasant surprise, and also after placing my car on the hydraulic hoist, he asked me to come to the work shop while the car was on the hoist, and literally and visually showed me the problem. His diagnosis was Completely Different to the prior auto service. The precise problem was just simply the Calliper attachment just basically needed some cleaning and servicing, due to the caliper brake attachment being temporarily removed, and during the recent replacement shocks process at the previous auto repair shop. His profound honesty, professionalism and sincerity was very startling to me. His service and repair fee also was very reasonable, and most of all saved me “hundreds of dollars “ in comparison to the previous auto repair shop, who clearly misdiagnosed the problem. From my perspective, this honesty and professionalism is very difficult to come by, in the Auto Repair Industry these days. In summary, and as a new and Happy Satisfied customer, I would always recommend to my friends. relatives and others, New Nation’s and Mr Marty Ofonagoro’s Professional, Honest, Outstanding and Impeccable Auto Repair Service.”
