“Had my truck in there recently and had a really good experience. From good communication with Rob at the front desk to the final explanation of the repairs by Ward. They found the source of the coolant leak (which was not obvious). Needed a special order part which normally could take days but they got it next day, worked quickly and had my truck right before shop close on Friday. They were able to get me a new water pump under my warranty which had recently expired when they could have just done the job without replacing this. I appreciate them going the extra mile.
