What impress me most is that he was such an honest man. He said that he was not fully satisfied with the results of the trouble shooting even though the problem was fixed and would like to think and come another day to make sure everything is fine. He even offered to take payment only after the follow up even though he already solved the issue and spent considerable time fixing it.
