For work related repairs/replacement parts the information is accompanied by photos of parts and explaination of correcting issue. That also comes with related pics of how it should be and why. A very thorough and informative explanation. Visual and written. I recommend them to a friend the next day and she had the same impression as myself about the service and information she received. I am happy to say both of our experiences delivered over the top. Prices quoted were reasonable to the repairs as well. I definitely have found my new mechanic shop with Stop N Go.”
