I was replacing the struts on my Lexus RX when, on one side, I accidentally pulled the axle out of the front differential. This prevented me from getting the lower two bolts of the strut assembly lined up. After spending a few hours trying to figure it out—and knowing it was my wife’s car—I decided it was time to call in the professionals!<br><br>Jay came out, communicated everything clearly, and immediately got to work. With his experience running his own business, he’s clearly seen some interesting repair jobs and is comfortable working through situations that aren’t always straightforward.
