“I've been coming to this location for the last year for a variety of services. We had our brakes replaced earlier this year and, afterwards, there was a rattle at random. While I knew it was related to the brakes, it took several visits to be able to demonstrate the noise and isolate it to (yes) loose brake pads. The store staff was helpful, never made me feel stupid, and was always accommodating for time/date bookings.<br><br>A special shout out to Calvin, the tech who isolated and resolved the issue; a great guy who genuinely cared about our problem and solving it.”

Turned out the blade I bought wasn't even what I needed, I needed a brand specific one.
