The pot holes in Hamilton are ridiculous. Had a bulge in the sidewall of my tire. Thankfully they had the tire I was looking for and got me in and back on the road. Excellent service!!!!

Had a nail in my tire. I messaged him and 15min later I was in his shop. Fixed my tire within 5min for a super fair price. Highly recommend this guy!!

I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience here, and I would not go back.

My girlfriend brought her car here to get her tires changed, and shortly after, things started going wrong. Within a week, the front left tire was flat. She brought it back, and instead of the issue being properly acknowledged, she was charged another $50 and told it “could have been anything.”

The following weekend, the rear left tire was also flat, and you could clearly hear air leaking from the rim area. At that point, I had no confidence bringing it back again. When multiple tires have issues that close together after getting work done, it’s hard to believe it’s just bad luck.

I ended up taking the car somewhere else because I didn’t feel comfortable with my girlfriend driving around on tires that clearly had issues. That’s a safety concern, not just an inconvenience. It turned out both rear tires had leaks near the rim area as well, meaning 3 out of 4 tires had problems after the work was done.

I reached out hoping they would at least meet us halfway and refund the money for the work, but the conversation became very aggressive and unprofessional. Instead of calmly addressing the concern, the response was dismissive and hostile, and I was spoken to like I was the problem for bringing up a legitimate safety issue.

I was eventually told the money was “here” and that either I or my girlfriend could come pick it up, but by that point the way the situation was handled made it feel like the actual workmanship and safety concerns were being completely brushed off.

For a place with a 4.9-star rating, I genuinely expected better. I’m not someone who likes leaving bad reviews, but this was frustrating, disappointing, and honestly made me feel like we were dismissed after paying for work that was not done properly.

Based on both the tire issues and the aggressive way the follow-up was handled, I would not recommend this shop.
