We just want to acknowledge the fantastic service we received from Steve Marshall Ford in Nanaimo this past Sept. We were staying in Nanaimo overnight and leaving for Tofino the next day. We called the service dept and spoke to Tasha explaining our truck issues. She said to stop in the next day and they would look at it possibly. We arrived at the dealership just before 11am and spoke with her. She immediately went to get the shop foreman, Justin and he came out to check with his code reader/laptop. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained what he had found. He said they would be able to bring it in and get the fuel filters relpaced right away. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. The truck performed as normal after the work was done. Zero stars **BEWARE** LOAN SHARKS..<br><br>Clayton Smith lied about how many months the payments were on agreement by 2 years. Do the math yourself before you sign here, sign there, initial here and there. My mistake, but very sleezy on their end.

own a 2014 Ford Focus SE. I paid $4,384.86 at this dealership for a major transmission repair in April 2024. After only 14,195 km, the same transmission problem came back again. A repair this expensive should last much longer.<br><br>The warranty on the repair expired only a short time before the problem returned. Even though it failed soon after the warranty ended, the dealership did not offer any support.<br><br>Ford Canada told me the dealer must submit a request for help, but the dealership did not do anything for me. I felt ignored and not treated fairly.<br><br>Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. I hope they improve their service and take responsibility for their work.<br><br>---
