“We just want to acknowledge the fantastic service we received from Steve Marshall Ford in Nanaimo this past Sept. We were staying in Nanaimo overnight and leaving for Tofino the next day. We called the service dept and spoke to Tasha explaining our truck issues. She said to stop in the next day and they would look at it possibly. We arrived at the dealership just before 11am and spoke with her. She immediately went to get the shop foreman, Justin and he came out to check with his code reader/laptop. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained what he had found. He said they would be able to bring it in and get the fuel filters relpaced right away. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. The truck performed as normal after the work was done. THANK YOU to the team, would definately recommend for any service needs you have.

“I'll take my beloved Toyota no where else than this fantastic shop. Ive been taking my vehicles here for over 10 years... Whether it's brakes/maintenance, or just diagnostic.. I always leave this place relieved that I didn't get hosed on a repair bill. I'll bring my car in just to see if there's anything that needs doing... Leaving myself wide open, as I obviously know nothing of mechanics. Trust these guys, they're the best!

“I found Bavarian based on online reviews as i had been unhappy with multiple poor experiences at my previous shop, so customer experience was important to me. This shop stood out above all else.
I originally took my car to get codes scanned and then a second time for a rear brake job. I've never seen a front desk phone ring as frequently as theirs does literally anywhere. How my calls were answered was beyond me, but not only did they answer my calls, they were friendly, helpful, and accommodating to my needs and schedule, amidst being as busy as they are. I have been very happy with my experiences so far, and look forward to them being the trusted hands to service my vehicle going forward. It is clear they have broad and specialized knowledge and get the job done well. It is my first Toyota and I love it and am eager to make it go far! This is the place to partner with to do that. It is also refreshing and appreciated to know that when I call, the person on the other end of the phone line is capable and caring and consistent and genuine.
