I have used Gold's multiple times and I have been impressed every single time. They are fast, efficient, I have never had anything but honesty. They always call to confirm pricing and their pricing is excellent. The best part is that there are also no "extra fees". They are amazing and Zabrina is always on top everything. Great staff to work with.
Fantastic small business to support! Car diagnoses/repairs can be stressful at times, but when you walk into Pure Gold, you are greeted by friendly staff. There is a sense of ease and knowing that you've gone to the right place for your vehicle. They work specifically with the issue you've gone in for, no sales pitches. They explain the issues clearly/honestly and are fast with diagnosis/repairs. Thank you Pure Gold team!
Zabrina and her staff are amazing! They are quick, offer fair pricing, are thorough and most importantly Zabrina is a great communicator. I have been to several places in Nanaimo since I moved here two years ago but will only bring my RAV4 in to Pure Gold. They definitely live up to their name!
I've been to a few mechanics in the past but this is easily one of my favorites. Everyone here is super friendly and very knowledgeable, and the pricing is very good too. Highly recommend.
