My family brings their vehicles to this shop for all their needs but we will not be coming back to this place bc the woman they have answering the phones is the most rude and condescending person I’ve ever dealt with. Not to mention they are now not returning messages and I was told rudely that they can’t get into their messages. No apology for not getting back to me but rather the attitude of oh well too bad .
I will never recommend which I did many many times nor will I have any of my family come there for work on their vehicles. We will gladly seek a new mechanic. These days there is no room for a business that is rude to a returning and loyal customer . We bring our business where we are appreciated and valued. Find a new receptionist and as a business u should have a proper answering service that u can retrieve messages from. Ridiculous

I've been dealing with a 2010 ram 1500 and ive been looking everywhere for cylinder head .Knot only was Greg and don and the women at the front desk are the best very upfront and honest willing to explain the process too you.if they can help you they will. I will 100% be bringing any project i have too them .( Not many shops would do what they did ive been taken for a fool before by other shops ) The Beatty brothers made me feel like a normal person when explaining everything best shop ive been too thats for sure ..oh and they have cool cars there too see.
