“Right from when the phone got picked up I got greeted by a very wonderful person on the other end Pleasant explained my situation and I was set up with the schedule and time for a pickup of my snowblower they came as indicated fairy professional very polite.
Over the phone I was explaining the cost and anything extra very next day I received a phone call saying that my snow blower was ready and it was ready to be delivered we set up a time they arrived he went over things with me started it up had me started it up and all I can say is still running.
Bill was simple and understandable and exactly what I was told over the phone thank you very much”
“New to the area, so trying to find a good, honest, and reasonably priced mechanic. I read the reviews of all shops in the areas, and after a few phone calls, decided to drop in to this Master Mechanic for a safety certificate. They asked if I could drop the car off in the morning, and they would do thier best to squeeze me in between jobs tommorow. They did one better! I dropped off the car in the afternoon on the same day, so they could have it in the morning. To my surprise, they called me a few hours later to tell me what it needed, what impressed me was that since the brakes needed servicing, they suggested that they would clean the rust off and have it ready for certification. Most places would say you need new rotors and pads, usually around the $1,000 mark for a brake job. The car was ready the next day, the total charge was $500, and $220 of that was the safety inspection. I was very impressed and thanked the owner Simran for the great service!! I know i found my new goto place for my cars. You should definatly che k them out.”
