I recently brought in a truck for a rear main seal and the price was more than fair (much less than quoted elsewhere). I dropped it off in the afternoon for its scheduled appointment and it was ready for pick up late the next morning, as promised. There was an adjustment of the shift linkage needed after driving it a few days and without any hassle whatsoever I was invited to bring it by and upon arrival I was tended to immediately and the adjustment made at no charge.
