“Great service at a very good price. John and his staff are the best in the biz! Brought my 2009 Santa Fe in to get the Y pipe changed. I had the parts but they were aftermarket and where not an exact fit. John showed patience, perseverence and after a few minutes extra had it all fixed up. I expected to pay twice what he charged. Only minor issue was that I had to wait two weeks for my appointment; but hey, sometimes the wait is worth it! They are very busy with appointments but while I was there they still managed to squeeze a couple of travelling "emergency" customers in to get them fixed up and back on their way. Fast, friendly and efficient.”

“Popped into Charlie’s on a Friday just as they were closing. I was from out of town and dealing with a botched brake job from a dealership I’d bought my vehicle from the week prior.

Charlie’s crew stayed late to help me out. They spent about 20 minutes going over the vehicle and quickly found the issue (loose bolts on the new brake booster) and fixed it on the spot.
