Mercedes Repair Shops in Sussex, NB

“They had everything I needed.”

“Incredible serivce today from the team at Norrad Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ltd. I had mechanical issues with my Jeep en route from QC to NS. Dropped in (crawled in) desperate, and although the shop was very busy, they managed to find time to check out the vehicle, repair it and get us on our way. Could not be more grateful! Such a friendly group and exceptional service. Honey, our golden doodle, appreciated the special treatment too! 🙏💫”

“I simply can't say enough about what a wonderful sales experience my husband and I had with the Norrad team! I had concerns about working with a dealership from another province but they made it so easy, I wouldn't think twice about working with them again.
They offered the best trade-in value on my Ram and were more than fair in negotiations on pricing for the 2025 Wrangler.

Dave delivered right to our home in Nova Scotia on a Friday evening, and even spent time on a little clutch memory refresher as it's been years for my husband - and a first for me.

Michelle was also super friendly and fantastic to deal with on the financial side. She's very prompt & was responsive to all my messages - even after the sale was finalized; whether it's was a silly/hypothetical question or just being excited about getting the hang of a manual transmission.”

“Always helpful, friendly, and professional. The crew running the Automotive Service department is top-notch. You do not have to own a Dodge to get excellent service there, they are very kind to my husband‘s Ford even though I roll my eyes every time I have to drive it there. Dodge > Ford :). I don’t live in the Sussex area, but I don’t mind driving into Sussex specifically because Norrad Dodge takes excellent care of my vehicles. I know when I leave the repairs will be done well, my bill will be fair, and they take the time to answer any questions I have. Thank you Chris, Jaime (sp?), Marshall and the Norrad mechanics/team.”
