Took my Audi S4 in with transmission noises. No one else wanted to touch it. Ray and his team got it all sorted for me. While it took longer than we both thought it would, car runs like new with absolutely no more noise! Very satisfied with the service. Would recommend these guys for transmission issues.

Ray, the Owner is rude and a lair. He has no clue about mechanic job.<br>Do not use him for any job.

I am 70 yrs. old and have been driving for 50+ yrs. I own a 2013 Cadillac ATS and I was having some slipping in my transmission so I took it to Toronto Transmission Centre at 22 Vanley Crescent, North York, ON, M3J 2B8. I was greeted very cordially by the staff and introduced to the owner Ray. Ray was extremely professional and booked me an appointment for the following morning. The team took a Transmission Diagnostic Scan as well as a road test drive. They quickly and efficiently evaluated the issue and told me that all that was required was to service my transmission with a new filter and fluid. During the transmission service the mechanic discovered an oil leak on an engine PVC valve tube. Ray (owner), personally went to pick up a new OEM replacement part. The OUTSTANDING team performed the transmission service and installation of the PVC tube within 2.5 hrs. (car runs like new). BUT what further impressed me was that they also washed and cleaned my whole engine (No Charge) to ensure there were no other leaks. In all my years of having my vehicles serviced, I have never received  such honest VIP SERVICE. I am going to be a new full time customer to Toronto Transmission Centre and I will share my great experience and 100% satisfaction with all my friends and family. Just so Im clear, I only gave this service a 3 star because i only talked to a rep on the phone. i didn't actually have them do any work yet . But the man on the phone did give me a great bit of his time and knowledge . Which to me is valuable . He took his time making sure all my questions were answered to where i understood the process and cost . I will try to update this in the future .I have written an outstanding review for this company several times now, and for some reason, I can't get it to post, but if it works this time ! This Company is a 10 + highly recommend there service ! HIGHLY !

I had a really good experience with this repair shop. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they did a great job fixing my car. They explained everything clearly and finished the work on time.<br><br>I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this place to others.
